The Role
Bottomline is looking for an IT Support Engineer to grow with us in our Pristina, Kosovo office!
This person will deliver skilled and professional support to the employees of the Bottomline organisation, while collaborating with team members on colleagues on key technologies. Provide elevated levels of support to key executives of the organisation, especially as it relates to day-to-day technology operations and large-scale meetings.
How you'll contribute:
- Troubleshoot, support, and resolve incoming technical issues for Bottomline employees, including hardware and software issues.
- Provide problem analysis to collect repetitive issues and drive to closure through root cause analysis and other ITIL processes.
- Document processes and technologies as needed.
- Create knowledge-base articles and review existing articles to keep information up to date.
- Identify, research, and recommend automation tools to better enhance the Bottomline user experience.
- Work with providers, such as technology suppliers and wireless carriers to provide devices to the organisation.
- Use cloud-based technologies to configure laptops for use.
- Provide support for local building and infrastructure services such as electrical and heating, as well as security systems.
- Work with vendors to purchase computing equipment for local users and resources.
What will make you Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in an IT support role
- Competency in a wide range of desktop technologies including, but not limited to, MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory, User and Group Management and MS Office.
- Autopilot and Intune for laptop enrolment and configuration.
- Collaboration tools such as Teams, WebEx, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira etc…)
- Strong communication skills – in person, remote or in writing, including active listening skills.
- Interpersonal connections in the organisation with an emphasis on empathy
Preferred Skills:
- Group Policy Object distribution.
