This is an onsite role in Dallas, Jersey City, Boston or Tampa. Must be willing to sit in one of these locations at least 3x/week.
Responsibilities:

Respond to alerts and incidents in production environment
Investigate and resolve issues with supported applications
Create knowledge base articles for known issues and resolutions
Collaborate with team members to look for opportunities for process improvements and automation of manual tasks
Support acceptance testing and disaster recovery activities to ensure applications are working as expected

Required Skills

Experience supporting Enterprise and Mission Critical applications
Background supporting and/or developing Mainframe Cobol applications; using JCL, Enterprise scheduling tools, and relational databases

Bonus Skills

Experience supporting applications in the financial industry; experience with client/server and web-based applications
