Prior experience to handle support, enhancements and maintenance requests of complex business applications.
* Should have experience to lead a team of 5-10 members.
* Should be proactive in taking ownership and finding resolution to the reported incidents.
* Should be willing to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
* Should be able to collaborate with the product team and integration partners as required.
* Should be able to check logs from Kibana and other tools to identify root cause of issues.
* Strong dev and debugging experience with Java 8+, Spring boot and microservice architecture
* DB MySQL, Mongo DB
* Should have good understanding of AWS, Docker and Container management system like kubernetes.
