You’ll be leading the highest level of client acquisition for Bolt for Business in your country, identifying, working and closing deals with the biggest Tier 1 clients. Working closely with the BDMs, you’ll build a pipeline of opportunities, coach and mentor junior team members and work with product and management to unblock and create new opportunities.

We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with experience of B2B selling who can turbo charge and drive the success of Bolt Business. We need a superstar who knows how to sell, with a history of great results. You’ll need to be driven, confident and ambitious. We’re moving quickly and this is an exciting role, one with great scope for growth and impact. If you’ve worked in high growth B2B sales and you want to win big, then let’s talk.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Identifying, negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals</point>
  • <point>Responsible for your sales chain and KPIs</point>
  • <point>Proactive sales of Bolt Business solutions to Tier 1 clients</point>
  • <point>Achieve sales targets</point>
  • <point>Build and promote strong, long-lasting Tier 1 customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs</point>
  • <point>Give market feedback to the product team regarding Bolt for Business solutions</point>
  • <point>Develop and execute in country client acquisition strategies</point>
  • <point>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field</point>
  • <point>At least 4+ years of successful previous experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years history of negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients</point>
  • <point>A self starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results - with a proven record of managing teams to exceed targets and KPIs</point>
  • <point>A personal history of constantly exceeding sales targets with Tier 1/2 clients</point>
  • <point>Relentless and experienced in identifying Tier 1/2 target leads, reaching out and generating sales with the biggest clients</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, with a strong personality</point>
  • <point>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with Tier 1 clients</point>
  • <point>Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling B2B business services into large businesses</point>
  • <point>Experience of religiously using a CRM (Salesforce would be advantageous) and managing team performance via CRM tools</point>
  • <point>Organised, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales</point>
