Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 2+ years of experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc. or other directly related experience.
Working knowledge of finance accounting systems, business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.
Working knowledge and experience with Oracle financial systems.
Knowledge of job specific system applications or products such as Rational or Jama.
Experienced Systems Analyst with Evolv, our loan accounting system is highly desired. Shaw systems, CLCS, SBO2000, SAP Loan Management, Metavante also desirable. Evolv provides the accounting for the Future Core lending systems along with other critical functions.
Working knowledge of department specific processes and procedures.
Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
Ability to elicit, gather and analyze data.
Excellent presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to function in a consultative role.
Ability to work with vendors.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of various software programs, including Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook email system, etc.
