Their passion lies in delivering the right safety solution for every client, ensuring their safety and well-being.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">+ Develop and manage the account base of existing distributor customers and targeted distributors.</p><p> + Cultivate relationships with key end-users to initiate contact and maintain ongoing relationships.</p><p> + Identify and pursue new distributor opportunities.</p><p> + Strengthen existing customer relationships.</p><p> + Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives.</p><p> + Ensure proper representation of products in catalogs, flyer campaigns, websites, and digital marketing efforts.</p><p> + Participate in the sales planning process.</p><p> + Maintain accurate customer records and contact information.</p><p> + Plan and execute efficient travel activities.</p><p> + Identify and participate in relevant trade shows.</p><p> + Submit weekly expense reports with receipts.</p><p> + Utilize a variety of communication methods including online, phone, and in-person interactions. </p><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">+ Post-secondary education is an asset.</p><p> + Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or outside sales, preferably selling to distributors.</p><p> + Excellent communication skills.</p><p> + Strong work ethic and determination.</p><p> + Comfortable with virtual communication but primarily focused on in-person client interactions.</p><p> + Ability to adapt to various communication methods and environments.</p><p> Join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our client's Safety Specialist business in Southwestern Ontario!</p><p dir="ltr">Trevor Frances is a specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
