If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for offline media and a knack for driving impactful customer engagement, this is your chance to make a significant impact. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our offline marketing efforts, working to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence across multiple channels.

About You

  • You are a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for offline media channels.
  • You have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy developing and executing strategies across various offline media channels, including Print, OOH, TV, linear streaming, podcasts, and audio.
  • You excel in optimization, creative collaboration, and using data to make informed decisions.
  • You are innovative, resourceful, and ready to manage comprehensive offline marketing strategies at Knix.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement across offline channels such as Print, OOH, TV, linear streaming, podcasts, and audio.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing assets that enhance brand visibility and impact.
  • Optimize offline channels through data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed ROI goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and manage the offline media budget to align with business objectives.
  • Experiment with new content formats and stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous growth and engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative elements and audience targeting.
  • Work closely with vendor teams to explore and execute new offline media opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing offline media strategies with a strong focus on data and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with offline media channels such as Print, OOH, TV, and podcasts.
  • Experience with cross-channel 360 marketing campaigns (traditional and digital media) is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Experience with a Test and Learn approach to drive channel performance.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight timelines.
