Wheely is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team, focusing on Chauffeur Acquisition. In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from the initial chauffeur sign-up to their first journey with Wheely. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our chauffeur community.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey
Source and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipeline
Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall chauffeur experience
Act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with our chauffeur community

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience in an operational and customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering creative solutions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve chauffeur acquisition metrics
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and ownership
Availability to work at The London Wheely Academy in Syon Park for five days a week
