Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and creative Landscape Architect Designer to join the team at a prestigious Royal Palace. As a Landscape Architect Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning the outdoor spaces of the palace, including gardens, courtyards, and other land areas. You will work closely with the Royal Family members and a team of professionals to create stunning and functional landscapes that complement the palace's architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with the Royal Family to understand their vision and requirements for the palace's outdoor spaces.
- Designing and planning the layout of gardens, courtyards, pathways, and other outdoor areas.
- Selecting suitable plant species and materials for landscaping.
- Creating 2D and 3D designs and renderings to visualize proposed designs.
- Preparing detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Supervising and inspecting landscaping projects to ensure quality and alignment with design intent.
- Maintaining knowledge of current trends, techniques, and materials in landscape architecture.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field in Landscape Design.
- Proven experience in landscape design and planning, preferably in high-end residential or luxury projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, materials, and construction techniques used in landscaping.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, including 2D and 3D rendering.
- Ability to translate client's preferences and requirements into creative and functional designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have a background in UAE.
