- Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide support in various areas - technical, logistical problems, payments, etc
- Build customer trust through empathetic personalised conversations
- Strive for first-call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Requirements:
- Excellent German language skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to solve problems
- Perfect communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new things
