Seeking a passionate tea lover and passionate marketer to join our Tea Château marketing team. Having an opportunity to bring your enthusiasm for both to a team that's dedicated to creating unforgettable tea experiences for customers. We're looking for a creative and driven individual to support our brand strategies and marketing initiatives and help us grow our business.

From day-to-day, you'll...

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns across all channels, with a focus on digital and social media
  • Collect and analyze consumer insights, market trends and competitive strategies
  • Implement new launches and marketing strategies across various channels to creative integrated & engaging brand experiences whle maximizing return on investment
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop visual briefs and content that are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
  • Support the development of new tea products, from ideation to launch, and work closely with the cross-functional team
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Review the performance of existing products and submit recommendation for change in the marketing plan 
  • Assist in liaising with media agency and managing ATL media plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing and brand management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a passion for understanding customer behavior and market trends.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
