The Role
You’ll spend your internship with the Communications team, shaping how our people, our investors, our sell-side partners, and our communities perceive and engage with Schonfeld. This is a great learning opportunity for someone looking for an introduction to the world of traditional and digital communications, while being immersed in the culture and atmosphere of Schonfeld and working alongside talented professionals on high profile projects in the financial services space.
The Communications team at Schonfeld is responsible for the overall promotion and protection of our brand and works across media relations, social & digital communications, internal communications and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, finance, and content creation.

Our Internship
The Schonfeld internship provides students with a unique opportunity to experience Schonfeld, our work, our people, and our culture.
Each intern will work on a tailored project that will provide them with real world experience. We provide all interns with a dedicated mentor and manager to help them navigate the internship successfully. Interns will also participate in our learning and development program, which aims to provide tangible skills training and education on various functions across the firm and in the workplace. Along with the hands-on guidance and support from managers and mentors, interns will participate in networking events, engage with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Alliance, attend panel discussions, and have many opportunities to get to know Schonfeld’s core values in practice.

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $50,000 and $60,000 which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications and experience and level of education.
