Senior QA lead

Minimum 10 years
FIS Systematics IM, ST Testing experience
FIS Systematics and Mainframe testing experience

1. Require minimum 5+ years of experience in QA lead role with Mainframe systems testing preferably FIS Systematics core banking systems such as IMPACS(IM), Savings Time (ST)

2.Strong banking domain experience with Deposits product background such as Checking and Savings accounts

3.Strong communication skills

4.Develop and maintain quality assurance test scripts, tests plans and checklists starting at project design phase, for all current and new applications.

5.Hands on experience in project management and test management tools

6.Ready to learn new technologies and applications

7.Effective participation in stand ups, scrum meetings etc.,

8.Knowledge in Automation Testing and Performance Testing are added advantage.

9. Owning complete responsibility for the delivery on time with high Quality.

10.Proper Communication to be incited to get the clarification, QA signing Off, Daily Defect Report, Regular team discussion.
