About the Job Role

  • This role is essential for driving user engagement by creating targeted and impactful content that aligns with the company’s retention, reactivation, and acquisition strategies. The candidate will focus on content that enhances user journey mapping and fosters engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of content for user retention, lifecycle management, and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that supports engagement and reactivation strategies.
  • Utilize content management tools and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Guide and mentor a content team while driving creative problem-solving.
  • Apply strategic thinking and a user-centric approach to content creation.
  • Implement retention marketing strategies and work with lifecycle automation platforms.
  • Employ A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques to optimize content effectiveness.

Qualifications Required

  • 5+ years of experience in content writing or content strategy, preferably in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Expertise in user retention, lifecycle management, and acquisition in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of user journey mapping and its role in engagement.
  • Experience in the gaming or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in content management tools and analyzing content performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with retention marketing strategies and lifecycle automation tools.
