Shipper (Full-time Temp)

iFixit is growing and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a Shipper.

Our team members are at the core of a global community dedicated to showing people how to fix the things they own. We believe that we can make the world better by empowering people to repair. iFixit is the world's foremost expert on Apple repair, and we've set the gold-standard for online repair documentation. Through iFixit.com, our team has helped hundreds of thousands of people fix their own devices, and we plan to help millions more. In addition to teaching people how to repair, we also ship replacement parts and repair tools to customers all over the world.

The Job:

You'll be responsible for accurately packaging and labeling outgoing packages. No experience is necessary. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right individual. Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail are a must. The Shipping Department is growing and we are searching for a reliable and consistent teammate. The packages we ship are small, but you will be on your feet most of the time. When not shipping packages, you'll be receiving inventory, restocking shelves, filling shipping stations, and leaning out the department.

This position is at our conveniently located San Luis Obispo headquarters. We are looking to fill a 90 day temporary, full-time position of 40 hours per week effective immediately. iFixit has a global reach and our customers are placing orders around the clock. You must have weekend availability to be considered at this time. *Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements and do not have weekend availability.

This position will pay $16.00-$17 per hour, DOE.
