Vendor Ops Specialist

Location: San Francisco, CA/Hybrid
Duration: 6 months

Description:
Project Overview:
Partner with project manager and vendor manager team to integrate policies, processes, communications, and metrics to support ongoing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) network optimization.

Overall Responsibilities:
Provide project management expertise to ensure teams are on track for completion and project meets specified KPIs
Support new vendor onboarding and transition
Top Daily Responsibilities:
Provide project communications support - slide decks, weekly updates to key stakeholders, monthly updates via slide decks to key stakeholders and steering committees
Provide project management work in support of the project lead - facilitating smaller meetings, developing and managing critical path project schedule (with dependencies) in PgM tool, updating and managing risk management plans
Assisting with additional documentation as needed - dependency mapping, action item register and follow up, meeting minutes, document storage
Provide real time triaging and tracking of operational issues to resolution e.g. resolving tooling issues and updating processes
Build reports and comms to assess vendor performance

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Education: College degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience
WFM experience or BPO experience

Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Process improvement
Score carding
Metrics tracking
Vendor operations experience
Project Management
Contact center operations
Understanding of the relationship between forecasting and resource planning
