Job responsibilities:
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders within the tourism ecosystem, ensuring alignment of goals and initiatives.
Identify and champion "hero products" that can be uniquely positioned across various destinations, enhancing the overall destination experience.
Research and identify international products (IP) — both soft and hard — that can be successfully adapted for the Saudi market.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate these products into the destination portfolio, enhancing its value proposition.
Identify and capitalize on activation opportunities for tourism products across diverse travel purposes, destinations, and seasons to ensure consistent and compelling visitor engagement.
Work with partners to identify and execute experience uplift opportunities that align with the destination’s strategic goals.
Facilitate a seamless approach to data sharing among partners, including Voice of Visitor (VOV) data, to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement of experiences.
Lead the coordination and management of VIP experiences, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities among STA departments for flawless execution.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
