What You’ll Do?
- Analyze and enhance the performance of existing merchants,
- Identify and implement cross-selling opportunities for merchants,
- Manage the retention and activation processes of merchants,
- Plan and execute recovery processes for departed merchants,
- Conducting cost and revenue analysis to develop and implement pricing strategies,
- Regularly convey customer feedback to relevant teams to contribute to product and service development processes,
- Manage pricing, contract renewal, and agreement processes,
- Collaborate with other teams within the company (sales, operations, product management, etc.) to provide end-to-end support to customers.
Who You Are?
- Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities,
- Preferably having at least 5 years or more of experience in the financial sector or corporate client portfolio management,
- Able to think analytically, customer-oriented and result-oriented,
- Ability to provide solutions that create lasting and satisfaction for customers by analyzing demands and expectations,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience in using CRM systems,
- Having knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends, and developing innovative solutions,
- Proficiency in problem-solving and crisis management, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
