As a Data Scientist (LLM Specialization), you will leverage cutting-edge LLM technologies to enhance risk management models/strategies, optimize internal workflows, and improve operational efficiency across various business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions that make Binance more secure, efficient, and user-friendly. This position will be under our Risk AI team
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop LLM frameworks and tools for end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to integrate advanced LLM solutions into existing systems, ensuring business objective, user demands, seamless operation and maximum impact.
- Track and evaluate LLM based solution performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Enhance the AI prompt creation process to improve system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, NLP, and machine learning.
- Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
- Utilize multimodal models to extract and interpret information from various formats, such as PDFs and images, improving data accessibility and utility.
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- 5+ years of experience developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact.
- Good experience with Python, Java and/or Scala is preferred (5+ years) with solid project experiences.
- Thorough knowledge of AI-generated content generation, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate well across functional lines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant education and/or certifications in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Proven work experience as a LLM engineer or in a related position is a plus.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/AI a techniques and tools is a plus.
