Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers and Business owners to lead and deliver the technology driven product
• Oversee the system design, architecture and graceful evolution of the various product
• Should be able to provide mentorship and technical direction to team members
• Should be able to promote best practices and methodologies
• Should be responsible for overall uptime and availability of the system
• Should be able to communicate to external stakeholders and be responsible for smooth integrations
• Build Relationships with engineers and product managers to understand the product need and put them into action
• Develop metrics, monitors and alerting to ensure system and business health

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
• At least 3 year experiences in software engineering role with 1 year leadership experience
• Experienced with any dynamic language such as Python, Nodejs, Ruby etc and static language like Go
• Experienced with OOPs, microservices(SOA) architecture, CI/CD best practices
• Experienced with web architecture and API development
• Experienced with containers
• Have Kubernetes knowledge is a plus point
• Have worked with some fintech start-up (preferred)
