Overview:Luzia AI, the fastest-growing AI consumer company in Europe, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Intern to join our team. As our very first intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with top management and contribute to shaping the future of the Luzia app. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting the development and implementation of effective strategies in the areas of Growth, Retention, and Engagement. Additionally, this role involves collaborating closely with the Product and Tech teams to synchronize marketing activities with product development, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies to expand Luzia's user base.
- Help shape the product roadmap by understanding business and user needs through a combination of internal and external data analysis.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising and PR initiatives.
- Get to know users through research, interviews, and other methods to gather insight and support customer retention campaigns to boost engagement
- Measure and analyze KPIs, such as the number of users, engagement metrics, customer acquisition costs, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Implement initiatives to encourage user-generated content, customer reviews, and community building.
Requirements
- Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, with a strong interest in technology and consumer apps.
- Native in Spanish or Portuguese, plus fluency in English.
- Experience in copywriting or content marketing is a strong plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to generate creative and original ideas that resonate with our target audience, ensuring engagement and relevance in all marketing efforts.
