Your Role
As a Business Automation Manager, you operate at the intersection of business and technology within the Growth department, optimizing and automating mission-critical processes. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, scalability, and execution speed. You thrive in high-paced, ambiguous environments, leveraging state-of-the-art automation tools to design lean, scalable solutions that drive real business impact.

Your Responsibilities
- Growth tooling: Own the development & enhancement of internal automation tools that supercharge our Growth team’s performance.
- It’s time to build: Optimize & scale processes using No-Code / Low-Code tools (Make, Retool, Airtable, etc.).
- Go Agentic: Develop and launch AI-driven workflows & agentic solutions to redefine process automation. Stay ahead of automation trends and proactively implement innovations.
- Identify problems: Be the force behind spotting inefficiencies in growth operations and proactively redesigning them. Engage closely with frontline teams, ensuring a deep understanding of operational pain points.
- Prioritize effectively & find lean solutions: You prioritize based on data & user feedback and conceptualize lean, pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve the problem identified.
Your Profile
- Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Every field is welcome.
- Previous experience in a high-performance environment (tech, consulting, startups, investment banking, or similar).
- Experience deploying No-Code / Low-Code tools and other programming languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript, etc).
- Bias for action, ability to move fast in ambiguous environments.
- You don’t wait for instructions— you figure things out and own the solution.
- Strong data-driven thinking with a pragmatic, impact-first approach.
- Passion for automation, operations, and building scalable, efficient processes.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
