Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Melbourne, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base in Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through phone and email outreach, aiming to fill events and book meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company while developing their sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients in Sydney via phone and email to generate interest in Triskele Labs’ cybersecurity solutions.
- Event Promotion: Promote and fill Triskele Labs' events by inviting potential clients and ensuring maximum attendance.
- Meeting Scheduling: Book meetings and appointments for BDMs with qualified leads to discuss our cybersecurity services in detail.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through research and engagement, ensuring they meet the criteria for potential clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and event attendance to the Senior Sales Development Representative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the BDRs and marketing team to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector, is desirable but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients professionally and persuasively.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Technical Capable: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a benefit.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
