runZero is looking for a highly motivated Mid-Market Sales Engineer (West) to join our expanding SE team! This role will drive impactful early-stage revenue and growth for our prospects of up to 2500 employees. Our team is motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges our customers face in their IT and OT environments through consultatively listening to understand their needs and sharing how runZero can assist.
You’ll be responsible for supporting our Mid-Market business as the bridge between sales and technical teams. You’ll use your communications and technical skills to win business and market share while adding a powerful and differentiating new solution to IT and Security Team’s tool belts. This role is a unique opportunity for someone wanting to advance their career and impact through sales engineering, with the opportunity to progress into various paths as runZero grows.
runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at an On Target Earning (OTE) of about $180,000 to $220,000 with an 80/20 split between base salary and commissions plus stock options, depending on level of experience. We know that the talent market is always in flux, so please let us know if you believe we have advertised this role at the wrong salary band.
