As senior campaign executive, your part is to help forge emotional connections that not only boost brand awareness and market share but create a bond with our audiences.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead you will use your campaign management skills to advance the size? brand by managing and delivering best-in-class marketing initiatives, positioning size? as a market-leading streetwear brand.

You will be responsible for delivering cohesive campaigns in line the size? brand strategy by working with our social media, Third Party Brand (3PB), multichannel (Paid, CRM, Digital, Trade), retail and buying and merchandising teams. You’ll need to be comfortable working to rigorous brand standards, and have a creative flare, plus superb organisational skills to excel in this role.

What You'll Be Doing: 

As a Senior Campaign Executive, you'll be doing the following: 

  • Plan, develop and execute size? marketing requirements across all channels. You will be part of the central cog creating and implementing campaign & content activity to share with all relevant stakeholders (Retail, Web etc).
  • Co-creation and active management of the brand’s calendar/schedule of omnichannel activity.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (buying, merchandising, retail, VM and multichannel) to optimise budget and deliver engaging campaigns & content alongside the 3PB, social, copy and MC teams.
  • Lead on the day-to-day management and delivery of size? marketing campaigns ensuring close attention to detail. Example campaigns include Christmas, sale & store openings etc.
  • Identify and execute key product focuses for each season and delivering relevant content.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in a marketing role
  • Strong project management skills, with a history of managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including in brief writing and presenting.
  • Creative management and ideation.
  • A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
