<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator for their offices in Belgrade Serbia.<br></p><p></p><p>Position: Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator</p><p>Location: Belgrade, Serbia</p><p>Employment type: Full-time </p><p>Remuneration: Base salary </p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><strong></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and inventory of all gaming equipment, including cards, dice, roulette wheels, and ancillary items like card shoes and transport boxes.</li><li>Ensure gaming tables are properly stocked and in excellent working condition by directly observing or communicating with key personnel such as Shift Managers, Shufflers, Trainers, and Floor Supervisors.</li><li>Plan and manage the replacement of outdated equipment, maintaining detailed records of the replacement process.</li><li>Oversee orders for studio gaming equipment and perform administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate staff, organize workflows, assess employee performance, and offer motivation and coaching when necessary.</li><li>Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports for line managers, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment upkeep and performance.</li><li>Provide daily activity updates to direct managers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><strong></strong></p><ul><li>Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.</li><li>At least two years of experience leading and managing teams, with a proven ability to inspire and guide others.</li><li>Comfortable using various software and technology tools to support daily tasks.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, able to explain information in a simple and convincing way.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.</li><li>Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.</li><li>A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including 24/7 shifts, as needed.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>BENEFITS: </strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary with bonus opportunities based on performance</li><li>Paid Training to familiarise with the company’s high standards and procedures</li><li>Private Health Insurance for comprehensive medical coverage</li><li>Opportunities to advance within a global tech company</li></ul> •
