What you'll do:

Craft and handle advertising and communication campaigns – concepts and creatives of internal and external communication programs; prepares and executes marketing communication plans and campaigns relevant to partner acquisition and retention, and driver acquisition and retention

Identifies the best communication materials to maximize exposure and delivery of message for a monthly or tactical objectives which includes both offline and online activations. Meets vendors for prospective media tools and new trends for advertising/communication. Campaigns must always be engaging and refreshing, and ensures all campaigns and marketing materials meet deadlines.

Upholds the Lalamove Partner Driver Image we want to uphold to our Drivers and to our Users. The day to day activities revolve on campaign development, but also ensures that other Driver Teams align to the vision, character and personality of a Lalamove Partner Driver.

Key results area:

Meet target Monthly Driver Leads for all cities
Meet Campaign specific objectives (Ex. Program Sign ups, increase in Female Drivers)
Aligned Messaging, Personality and Tone across all Driver Teams Communication Tactics and Activities
Campaign Plans that are innovative, cohesive and engaging, upholding Driver Branding / Image

What you'll need:

A relevant degree in Marketing Management, Advertising or Business Management
Minimum 5 years hands on experience on Brand Marketing or multi-channel Campaign Development and Activations (Online and Offline)
Excellent communication skills who can bring creativity and strategic thinking to the team.
Must be willing to work onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
