Your Job :
As a Junior Digital Product Manager, you'll coordinate operational tasks, support product launches, and collaborate with teams to enhance product development. You'll analyze data, monitor key metrics, and gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and optimize the user experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Launch and operate digital insurance programs
o Coordinate and send registered letters to customers, manage special communications to customers via SMS or emails regarding policy/payment updates, and other critical notifications.
o Coordinate with translation and make sure the content is uploaded in the relevant tools on time (Qover platform, webflow, …)
o Making sure the content stays up to date.
o Help in operational tasks related to launching new product features, such as preparing customer-facing materials or setting up communication plans and following up performance of new features.
Supporting Product Development
o Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to help define product features.
o Conduct competitor benchmarking and present results
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and alignment with business goals.
o Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to help identify product improvements and optimizations, particularly through data analytics and user interviews.
o Be the advocate for the user by ensuring the products meet customer needs and are easy to use, with a focus on digital experience.
o Organize and manage customer feedback loops, collecting insights through surveys or direct communication to inform product improvements.
o Assist in identifying market trends and new opportunities for Qover’s insurance solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
o Support the execution of the product roadmap by gathering data on product performance.
o Monitor product KPIs (key performance indicators), such as churn rate, conversion rates, attachment rate, claim frequency and loss ratio. Provide insights based on data to inform product strategy and iterations.
o Analyse and report the performance of the online flow and suggest improvements
Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, and release notes to ensure the team is well-informed.
o Prepare product performance reports for stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights from testing and customer feedback.

Experience and skills:
Language: English! Any additional language is an add on : French, Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian. Or surprise us with another one.
Required
o You hold (minimum) a bachelor degree and have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/projects/business analyst.
o Previous experience with blog website or with the management of a website.
o Previous experience with a CMS or ecommerce platform: Shopify, Magento, Wordpress, WooCommerce, …
o Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
o Mastery of Google Sheets.
Nice to have:
o Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, API’s and Agile methodologies is a plus. Otherwise, willing to learn.
o Loving to play with digital SAAS tools and API’s
o Experience with Google Apps Script is a big advantage. If you know Document Studio it’s great too!
o Previous experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools.
