We have immediate job openings in the Bridgeville area. 

The case can be five to seven days a week. We are looking for 8a-4p or 9a-5p. Monday - Friday may be an option as well. 

Qualifications for Direct Care Worker:

One year work experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar healthcare role

No experience?? Ask about our Direct Care Worker Training Program!!!

* Formal experience not required to care for a loved one.

• Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers, DCW:

  • Activities of daily living  
  • Light housekeeping  
  • Bathing  
  • Grooming  
  • Toileting  
  • Nail care  
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  
  • Assisting with ambulation  
  • Medication assistance
