Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and extract insights from large datasets to drive business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to define data analysis objectives and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical approaches to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate analysis results to stakeholders.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to detect opportunities and risks.
- Perform data quality assessments and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in data analysis and apply them to improve existing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in, analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, including data modeling (logical & physical), data visualization, data warehousing, and analytical enablement, including data preparation and basic data transformations.
- 5+ years of business experience, with demonstrated project management, product management or managerial skills.
- 5+ years of experience reviewing and writing technical & business requirements in relation to insights, effective data visualization, data management, metrics/KPIs or software development projects.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting marketing, finance, operational, or management data and insights as a data analyst with a keen ability to quickly evaluate and understand a diverse set of data to rapidly add value with data
- Experience in writing and understanding complex SQL queries to solve different business analytical problems.
- Track record of delivering reliable and performant Tableau dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of project & program management techniques and tools as well as product owner experience (Agile/Scrum Master/Product Owner certification preferred, experience with Atlassian Suite: Jira, Compass, etc. preferred).
- Strong empathy for customers and the ability to think and design from the customers perspective with a strong ability to find the 80/20 solution when necessary.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Desirable Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, computer science or similar area or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- PMP or equivalent
