We are seeking a versatile individual to join our Opportunity Discovery and Technology Adoption (ODTA) department as a Senior Backend Engineer. The ODTA team is dedicated to achieving real-world impact for the groundbreaking research produced within our robotics division.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing the software systems needed for our robotics research to succeed in the field. This is a greenfield opportunity. We are looking for a candidate that is able to design, communicate and build your proposed solutions, meeting our robotics research where it's at and advancing it towards a reliable production implementation.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $201,600 and $289,800/year for California-based roles; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Note that TRI offers a generous benefits package (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave) and an annual cash bonus structure.
