What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Process the bank statements daily and reconcile the bank accounts.
- Allocate customer payments where required in line with remittance received.
- Collect Overdue customer accounts.
- Manage and respond to customer queries and close them out.
- Manage and respond to supplier queries and close them out.
- Capture supplier invoices
- Load Ad-hoc supplier payments when required.
- Load foreign supplier payments as and when required and provide rates for approval.
- Review Income statement accounts daily to ensure all processed allocations are correct.
- Update customer transactions daily.
- Credit Applications form trade references
- Prepare and submit for review the EMP201 – load payment and ensure released on time.
- Prepare and submit EMP205.
- Prepare and submit for review the VAT 201 – load payment and ensure release on time.
- Full Debtors and Creditors Function
