The three roles we are hiring for are Customer Service & Sales Agent, Customer Retention Agents and Analyst.
Customer Service & Sales Agent:
The Customer Service and Sales Agent work in partnership with other employees, departments, and external partners in delivering accurate, efficient, and effective information and services. The CSSA is ultimately responsible to provide the best customer experience over the phone and in branch.
Customer Retention Agent
The Customer Retention Agent is responsible for conducting the soft and hard collections on behalf of Quick Stop in accordance with the Collections Life Cycle. The agent responsibility includes developing payment plans, locating debtors and negotiating debt payments. Key responsibility is facilitating collections so that customer does not turn over to our legal collectors, while providing complete and accurate information.
Analyst:
The People Operations Analyst will support the organization’s People Operations functions by ensuring efficient execution of employee-related processes, maintaining accurate data, and providing insights to improve People Ops performance. This role will focus on optimizing employee experience through policy and data analysis, process improvements, and system administration.
