Job Description

8+ years experience lead in Informatica with experience in support lead role
Represent the support team
Lead the team of offshore Informatica developers with strong hands-on experience and also be responsible for L1 support issues, support issues triaging & reporting, doing RCAs, process streamlining, SOPs / documentation with the client team.
Enhance Informatica PC / IICS / PowerExchange jobs to design & implement ETL solutions as required
Work with a job scheduler application to design and schedule Informatica workflows [Control-M]
Perform performance tuning as required for long running job
