The Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making. This position will provide financial insights that enhance business performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and corporate finance.

Essential Functions

Assist in financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting.
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, business case analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports, translating financial data into meaningful insights.
Drive process improvements in FP&A, enhancing forecasting accuracy and efficiency through automation and best practices.
Support in investment analysis, and M&A due diligence as needed.
Assist with preparation of monthly MOR decks, quarterly board meetings, and quarterly lender calls.
Work closely with the internal executive team and private equity firm for ad-hoc requests.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting systems.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure alignment between FP&A and financial reporting.

Experience, Education and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
MBA and/or CFA preferred.
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools. Experience with Oracle PBCS a plus
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
