PriceHubble's digital solutions are designed to help all players across the entire real estate value chain (banks, asset managers, developers, property managers and real estate agents) however, the first real opportunity in the UK exists within consumer banking and the fintech community.

Your role

Your role will be to develop new business relationships within the residential real estate/ fintech ecosystem in the UK. You will join PriceHubble’s fast growing pan-European sales team however, as one of the first sales people on the ground in the UK, you’ll be embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, taking ownership alongside the UK Country Manager, to define strategy and opportunity for PriceHubble as they enter the UK market.

Your bread & butter work

  • Manage, grow and own your pipeline on the entire sales cycle: door opening, stakeholder mapping, discovery, nurturing, negotiation, closing new-revenue (ARR) opportunities
  • Identify and refine use cases and new business opportunities.
  • Be the expert in your territory understanding key players, opportunities, market trends, and challenges in the Fintech/ Proptech space.
  • Navigate flawlessly PriceHubble products (APIs and dashboards) to think of innovative ways to orchestrate new real estate client journeys for your prospects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs experience of successful SaaS and/or API selling experience.
  • Proven history of being a consistent top performer, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • You can manage multiple complex sales processes concurrently and effectively.
  • You are curious, think out of the box and are great at getting your novel ideas to work.
  • Entrepreneurial - you’ll be building a start-up within a start-up.
  • You have a keen interest in real estate, the software world and new technologies (AI, Fintech, Proptech, Big Data, ESG...)
  • University degree preferred.
  • Preferably you have worked with/ for a tech startup in a small, go-getting team
