To support your growth, you'll be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and feedback through regular check-ins as well as serve as a valuable sparring partner, helping you refine your ideas and stay on track.</p><p><strong>Internship – Ferry Commercial</strong></p><p>Ferry Commercial is a functional organization within DFDS that focuses on organic growth, development acceleration and implementation of improvement initiatives to transform the business through digitalization and standardization of the customer journey.</p><p>You’ll be part of a diverse team with members from both the Ferry and Technology & Innovation divisions. The team works in an agile, start-up-like environment where it is valued that everyone brings their unique skills, experiences, and personalities to the table. The team regularly updates the executive suite and shares a passion for transforming DFDS and building a new digital business. </p><p>You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital freight, the future of shipping, and work on key projects that will develop your skills in data analysis, project management, and executive communication, while growing your business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include to:</p><ul> <li>Lead and assist on projects in various areas along the customer journey , to help drive digitization and standardization across the DFDS Ferry domain (e.g. standardizing customer service and sales processes)</li> <li>Prepare presentations for key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including executive suite</li> <li>Manage stakeholders e.g. local DFDS offices, and help roll out digitalization and standardization initiatives by interacting with particularly local customer service teams</li> <li>Conduct end-to-end process explorations and ad-hoc analyses, incl. building business cases.</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>Are you eager to deepen your knowledge about process excellence and digital freight?
