A well established concrete contractor in Chambersburg, PA is actively searching for a Concrete Foreman to join their growing team.

The ideal Concrete Foreman will have 5+ years of Concrete Construction experience doing both Flatwork and Foundations for small/medium sized commercial projects. Critical to the role is that the candidate be able to read and understand Blueprints, particularly Structural and Architectural drawings where details related to Concrete Foundations are located. This role is not only supervisory, but will require working with and leading crews of 4 to 8 workers who will be organized by a Team Lead position together with the members of the team.
