Our teams collaborate to identify solutions using competitor and industry trend analysis, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. We're responsible for facilitating smooth transitions during organizational change efforts that promote employee adoption. You'll be an integral part of solving challenges faced by our client-facing teams to help make Zscaler more efficient in meeting our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced Staff Product Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Services team reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Services. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week required in the Plano, TX office. Some after hours support will be required.

The Staff Product Solutions Engineer is Zscaler's go to technical expert on public cloud security strategies and technologies. This is a highly visible role requiring coordination across customers, sales, product management, engineering, Zscaler partners, and the executive team. We are looking for an understanding of cloud technologies, with hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. It also requires an ability to speak to the Technical and Business buyers, specially from the following roles - Cloud Administrators, DevOps Architects, Information Security professionals, Risk and Compliance professionals.

• Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by implementing and operationalizing Zscaler workload protection solutions to achieve their business and security objectives
• Assist customers in implementing Zscaler cloud solutions and integrate these into their security operations and existing security solutions. You will conduct Cloud Security Architecture workshops with customers and partners.
• You will resolve customer support issues and drive operational best practices, including identifying risks to the customer achieving their shared business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• US Citizenship Required for Federal Deployments**
• 4 + years of experience spanning across technical, network and security architecture.
• 2+ years cloud migration or cloud security architecture experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Security Services in Azure, AWS or GCP such as Azure Security Center, IAM, KMS, VPC, Security Groups, AWS Inspector, GCP Security command center
• AWS Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security SpecialistMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions ArchitectGCP Cloud Architect Certification, Splunk Certified Enterprise Architect

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
• Knowledge of DevOps ecosystem: CI, CD tools, orchestration tools
• Optional: CEH, CISSP, CCSP
