IT Support Specialist

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an IT Support Specialist. 

Our client is a leading provider of integrated computer science-based healthcare systems and medical-technological equipment. 
 
 

📌 Location: Piraeus, Attica, Greece 

📍 Working Model: On site, working hours: 9:00-17:30 

🖋 ️You will be reporting to: IT Leader 

Requirements

What you will do: 

In this role, the suitable candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, install and configure software and hardware components and monitor IT infrastructure. Also, she/he will ensure the prompt resolution of technical issues and work directly with clients to provide status updates and maintain systems. 

 
More specifically, your duties will include: 
 

• Updating employees about the progress of their service requests. 

• Collaborating closely with clients and implementation teams. 

• Following instructions and technical manuals efficiently, and independently managing and resolving issues. 

• Maintaining precision in troubleshooting, documenting, and implementing technical solutions. 

• Keeping up to date with technological developments and assessing their potential impact on the organization. 

 
What we are looking for: 
 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 

• Strong experience in Multiple Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and software applications administration and installation. 

• Good knowledge of Computer Hardware, IP Networks and related hardware. 

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

• Teamwork and collaboration mindset. 

• Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies, priorities and project requirements. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
