We are looking for a leader who will help us take our brand to the next level and establish TCP as one of the most recognized brands in Workforce Management Solutions. This key position will help to develop our corporate brand strategy, brand architecture, brand identity, brand communication, and employer branding that positions us as both a recognized leader in our space and as a great place to work.

As a hands-on member of the team (and brand advocate), you will amplify the TCP brand externally and internally working across departments and leveraging demand generation and product marketing to bring the brand and story to life and to control how TimeClock Plus is positioned in the marketplace. You will also help to build and activate our brand and communication strategy, brand storytelling, and public relations approach. You will drive hands-on execution of the creative process and ensure consistent application of TCP’s brand guidelines and philosophy.

As a Director of Brand, Creative and Marketing, you will:

  • Work with internal and external partners to define, develop and champion a company rebrand, including brand strategy, architecture, identity development, experience, and communication.
  • Develop a strong point-of-view of the TCP brand and guide the company through the ins and outs of a rebrand, including timelines and expectations.
  • Drive brand collaboration by working with teams across the business including marketing, sales, product, and HR/talent to bring TCP’s brand to life.
  • Help to lead our corporate narrative in a way that raises awareness for TimeClock Plus by illustrating our brand identity, market positioning, value proposition, and services differentiation to a range of verticals and stakeholders.
  • Plan and activate communication for a new brand launch and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive results.
  • Actively engage, cultivate, and manage press relationships and PR agency (as necessary) to ensure coverage surrounding programs, special events, public announcements, and other projects. Manage a PR program (PR firm relationship) including establishing KPI goals and reporting quarterly results.
  • Own the branding, design, and voice of all creative outputs from website and emails to digital ads and customer videos, to events and presentations, to tradeshow assets and company branded materials.  Provide creative direction to ensure a cohesive, polished visual identity and voice across everything we do, while balancing the trade-offs required to move quickly in a high-growth company.
  • Create, continuously promote, and evolve the Brand Style Guide to drive brand consistency across channels.
  • Establish and lead creative services by directing design and copy via an internal team or freelancers.
  • Select, manage, and guide the work of agencies and freelancers when required.
  • Lead new brand-building campaigns to increase TCP's mindshare and visibility in the life sciences industry.
  • Drive and direct creative strategy, deliverables, and templates for multi-channel campaigns. Guide all creative efforts to deliver premium, modern design and creative solutions.`
  • Share best practices and innovative creative solutions from the design/competitive landscape with a continuous pulse on current trends and noteworthy activities.
  • Own brand health metrics (awareness, relevance, consideration, etc.) and develop strategies to support this.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with senior leadership and external agencies.
  • 10+ years in Brand and Creative with a track record of successfully taking companies through a rebrand and brand launches.
