MEININGER is on the expansion course! We are looking for an HR Talent Partner (f/m/d) to drive international recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

YOUR TASKS

  • Drive recruitment & employer branding initiatives across the business, including new hotel openings internationally
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for assigned job openings:
    • Partner with the Hiring Managers to define the most efficient recruiting strategies & sourcing channels
    • Source & screen incoming applications by applying robust & compliant selection criteria
    • Manage the interviewing process to ensure optimum candidate experience and facilitate the hiring decisions
    • Maintain quality & compliance of the recruitment process in line with applicable data protection regulations and MEININGER policies
  • Shape Employer Value Proposition to promote MEININGER as an employer of choice by participating in career events and internal communication activities
  • Participate in the training & development initiatives together with the Talent team and provide training support on the issues related to the recruitment and employer branding to the Operations and Headquarter Departments
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to identify talent needs and monitor recruitment process effectiveness

YOUR PROFILE

  • Relevant professional qualification and 1-2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced organisation
  • Competency in applying various selection tools and competency-based interviewing techniques
  • Ability to set clear priorities and manage various projects within set time frames to deliver the expected outcomes
  • Excellent networking skills, ability to communicate across geographies and cultures
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian)
  • MS Office proficiency and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
