  • Build comprehensive project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners and stakeholders, escalate risks and challenges appropriately, and ensure events are highly impactful to our community of employees
  • Establish and drive collaborative working groups to enable programs and key strategies
  • Provide insights based on data analysis, including attendee feedback, goal attainment, opportunities, and recommendations to improve and scale future events and programs
  • Establish repeatable and iterative processes to scale programs and events
  • Drive operational excellence in the execution and program management of all events and programs
  • Partner closely with other event leaders and business leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment on event goals and target outcomes
  • Establish a strategy to successfully embed sustainability and community give-back initiatives into existing and future programs

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 5+ years of in-person and virtual event planning and management including, but not limited to, venue/vendor sourcing, vendor management, budget management, registration, communications, and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data-informed decision-making
  • Passion for building impactful community engagement programs and events
  • Keen understanding of the unique cultures and perspectives of a global workforce and an ability to create inclusive programs that resonate with all employees
