The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to take ownership of our support function. While we have an established system, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to help transition our support processes in-house over time and tailor them to meet our customers' needs better. 

Initially, you’ll work within our current Zendesk system, leveraging its features to provide exceptional customer support. As the role evolves, you’ll collaborate with our development team to guide and benefit from new custom support features to enhance our users' experience. 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll: 
  • Own the Support Queue: Respond promptly and professionally 24/7 to user queries, addressing issues through email, chat, and other platforms. 
  • User Retention & Reactivation: Follow up with canceled users to understand their issues and work towards reactivating them with incentives like free trials. 
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze user feedback to share actionable insights with the Product and Business teams, influencing product evolution. 
  • Grow with Us: As the company scales, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a small support team. 

What We’re Looking For 
We value initiative, adaptability, and a passion for sports betting! Here’s what we’re seeking: 
Required Skills & Experience: 
  • 2+ years in customer support or a similar role. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. 
  • Comfortable with remote work and a flexible schedule. 
  • Bonus Points: 
    • Knowledge of the sports betting space or enthusiasm for learning it.
    • Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk. 
    • A data-driven mindset for tracking and improving support metrics.
