Summary

The Event Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in our company, which hosts personal injury networking conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, securing sponsorships, and ensuring the satisfaction of our vendors. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, as well as meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor sponsorships and overall vendor satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential vendors and secure sponsorships for our personal injury networking conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Attend conferences and events to oversee vendor activities and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor requirements and expectations with our company's goals.
  • Follow up and secure sponsorship payments.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Travel as required to attend conferences and build relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in vendor management, sponsorship sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with vendors and secure sponsorships.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with vendors.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address any vendor-related issues or concerns.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and events as needed.
