Your Role: Supervisor Cleaning
Department/Team: Processing & Packaging
Team Size: Work closely with our Operations Manager Processing and build your own dedicated team of 3-4 members.
Location: On-site at our beautiful facility in Kats, Zeeland (near Goes / Zierikzee).
Schedule: 16:00 – 00:00, five days a week

What You’ll Do
As the Supervisor Cleaning at Kingfish, you’ll be at the forefront of our cleaning operations, ensuring that we meet and exceed food safety standards while driving continuous improvement in our cleaning program. You’ll collaborate with various teams to develop and maintain documentation, enhance the food safety culture, and support the implementation of microbiological testing plans. This role goes beyond routine supervision—it’s about inspiring and leading a team to uphold a gold standard of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement: Create and uphold comprehensive cleaning programs and maintain stringent records of cleaning checks.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a motivated cleaning crew.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards like HACCP, BAP, ASC, and BRC. Familiarity with HACPP and VCA certifications is a big plus.
Documentation and Support: Maintain electronic records, support operations with data analysis, and contribute to company-wide compliance.
About You
You’re confident, proactive, and thrive in team settings. With over 5 years of experience in the use of cleaning chemicals, data analysis, and managing small teams, you bring both skill and leadership to the table. Your understanding of production processes and knowledge of health, safety legislation, and seafood processing will set you apart. A driver’s license is required, and proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.
