The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000 - $202,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role is hybrid with expectations of working from our Palo Alto office at least 2 days per week.

Position Summary

As Senior Growth Lead,  you’ll manage the creative strategy, production and delivery of digital campaigns that drive the acquisition of new EarnIn customers. A key part of your role will be concepting and creating engaging performance ads at scale that are backed by strategic and data-driven insights, and whose success will be evaluated by creative performance. Equal parts thinker and doer, you’ll work quickly and efficiently to create strategic work that drives people to take action. You’ll rely on your core concepting and production skills to iterate on assets so they always perform at their best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and collaborate with the creative team on concepting and creating performance marketing campaigns across social and mobile platforms
  • Develop the creative test strategy and digital assets that hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, cost per acquisition) across social media platforms, EarnIn native ads and display, and experimental growth channels
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a quarterly growth creative roadmap, which should be inclusive of creative insights developed from past growth ad campaigns
  • Rely on data to optimize and determine ways to improve strategy, messaging and overall creative process
  • Research and forecast new and emerging trends for monthly campaigns and bespoke shoots by using qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing performance data and applying that information to creative campaigns accordingly.
  • Help launch creative on new channels by working closely with the Growth marketing team
  • Ensure Growth creative is hitting the requested volume of ads for creative testing
  • Work closely with an editor to generate creative ads that embody the EarnIn brand
  • Oversee team resourcing on projects, manage vendor relationships and help allocate budget
  • Be a positive force for culture and brand influence across the company

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in film, motion graphics, and digital advertising, experience with financial technology is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience leading the development of creative test strategies and roadmaps, overseeing execution and test plan measurements
  • Strong track record of interacting and working with multiple stakeholders and partnering collaboratively with growth and brand teams.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, including the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid team environment
  • Motivated, self-starter with an action oriented and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, Figma and knowledge in motion & video editing is a requirement.
  • A portfolio site must be submitted to be considered for the role.
