We are looking for a Part-Time Operations assistant who will ensure seamless management and organization of data across multiple platforms, including Shaker, Google Sheets, and Follow Up Boss. You will be responsible for daily task execution from Shaker, managing databases, tracking software updates, and potentially supporting marketing campaigns and team migration efforts. There's also an opportunity to expand into transaction coordination in the future. This role reports directly to the COO & Director of Operations.
