<p>We are seeking a new team member to play a central role at Fenix Outdoor’s Aurora, CO Logistics Center! The Office Coordinator’s main duties are to assist our Aurora office teams by performing a wide variety of administrative, small project management, and office and facility coordination tasks. You will be pivotal to running the office and supporting the warehouse! Here are some things to expect at Fenix Outdoor:</p><ul><li>A stimulating work environment with passionate, enthusiastic co-workers</li><li>Opportunities for personal and professional growth that will elevate your career</li><li>A company that treasures sustainability and acts in creating future stewards of nature</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident</li><li>401k with generous company match</li><li>Financial wellness program, including access to financial coaching and loans</li><li>Generous schedule of company paid holidays</li><li>Product discounts on all Fenix Outdoor brands</li><li>Industry discounts and more…</li></ul><p>The wage range for this position is $21.15-23.56 per hour (approximately $44,000-49,000 annually).</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a constant awareness of activities and follow office security and emergency procedures as needed</li><li>Assist in managing office and warehouse projects, vendors, contractors, and engagements with the landlord</li><li>Maintain professional relationships and communication with the landlord, cleaning services, and other vendors and contractors</li><li>Manage and coordinate facility maintenance requests, inspections, and safety regulations, including coordination of facility/project budgets with the leadership team</li><li>Coordinate facility-level employee events, including being a supporting member of the company event committee</li><li>Maintain flexibility and professionalism</li><li>Directly responsible for office/warehouse supplies, including purchasing and inventory</li><li>Provide support for general office and warehouse functionality, including workspace moves, new employee setup, storage, and office equipment needs</li><li>Ensure that the breakrooms are adequately stocked, maintained, and kept clean</li><li>Accept and distribute mail and other deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and packages and pickup incoming mail and packages</li><li>Daily/weekly office walks with the operations team to ensure upkeep is being done, noting anything that needs to be addressed for repairs, maintenance, organization, etc.</li><li>Handle all receptionist-type duties and oversee and handle corporate administrative responsibilities for the office and warehouse</li><li>Monitor facility needs and address them in a timely manner</li><li>Provide general administrative support to organizational leadership, with particular emphasis on support for the Chief Logistics Officer of the Americas<ul><li>Special projects as assigned</li><li>General administrative support as needed for our Canada DC in Calgary</li></ul></li><li>Support in CSR data collection, tracking, reporting, and regulation</li><li>Assist with other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p><p><em>Requirements:</em></p><ul> <li>You are exceptionally attentive to detail</li> <li>You are highly organized</li> <li>People describe you as friendly and approachable</li> <li>Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent</li> <li>You gracefully handle deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>You are comfortable and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)</li> <li>You can lift up to 40 lbs.</li></ul><p><em>Preferred (but not required):</em></p><ul> <li>You have a high school diploma or equivalent work/career experience</li> <li>You have two or more years’ experience in an office or administrative setting</li></ul><p><em>Fenix Outdoor is committed to continually striving to create and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees.
