IT Application Support Manager L3

• As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in desktop support and localized application support.
• You should have national-level supply chain IT business application capabilities, and be proficient in SAP/ERP.
• Knowledge of MES/WMS (logistics systems)/Purchasing System/Finance System is essential.

• Lead the Helpdesk team in providing first-class technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Establish and maintain IT service standards, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution while maintaining user satisfaction.
• Provide desktop support to end-users;
• Manage localized applications, including maintenance, installation, and upgrades;
• Manage the operation and support of research and development IT system platforms, including but not limited to: SAP, ERP, MES, WMS, Purchasing System and Finance System. Communicate with end-users in a clear and concise manner.

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least five years of working experience, with at least three years of experience in national-level supply chain IT business application operation and maintenance support.
• Strong background in desktop support and localized application support
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP
• Knowledge of MES/WMS (logistics systems)/Purchasing System/Finance system
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Patient and able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with the energy industry or related sectors is a plus.
